Registration

You are about to begin the registration process for your learning event at the Edith Macy Conference Center. To start, please scroll down this page and provide the necessary personal information requested below. Then click "continue" to move to the next page. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an automated email acknowledgement message. In this email message, you will be given an "access key" (e.g., 1PCASNHZD). You can use this access key to return to your registration and either edit or update it if you need.

You can also register additional people using this system. Once you complete one registration form, you will be given the option of continuing to register another person or to quit. For each registration you complete, you will be provided with a separation acknowledgement email and access key.

Cancellation/Refund Procedures
In the event that a registration must be cancelled or a refund is required, forward the information to
GSUniversity@girlscouts.org. Registrations may not be cancelled using this web site.

Please note that new reimbursement guidelines for 2013 are as follows:
If you want a single room, it is 275.00/night and you are reimbursed for 87.50/night
If you share a room, the cost is 175.00/night and you're reimbursed 87.50/night
